Speech-Language Pathologist (On-site)

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TinyEYE, you’ll be part of a team that delivers therapy to elementary aged children. You’ll work with students, educators, and families to address speech and language challenges, helping students reach their full potential. This full-time position is in Lacey, Washington. 

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in line with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth.
• Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Required: Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Preferred: School-based or pediatric therapy experience.
• Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Commitment to supporting student success and well-being.
