As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with TinyEYE, you’ll play a vital role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Based in Bryant, Arkansas, this full-time, on-site role offers the chance to provide meaningful, school-based therapy while being part of a mission-driven team that supports both students and practitioners.
You’ll work with students in Elementary, Middle, and Junior High schools, collaborating with educators and families to make a lasting impact on children’s communication and overall success.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in line with IEP goals.
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth.
Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications:
Required: Active Arkansas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Preferred: School-based or pediatric therapy experience.
Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills.
Commitment to supporting student success and well-being.
Consistency: Full-time, school-based role with steady caseloads.
