Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Virtual)

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with TinyEYE, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students across California schools through virtual counseling. This position is available as part-time or full-time.

• Provide virtual counseling services to students, including individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster supportive learning environments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings, offering insights to student success plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state, district, and ethical guidelines.

• Required: Active California LMFT license in good standing.
• Preferred: Experience providing counseling services in school-based settings.
• Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting equity, inclusion, and student well-being.
• Comfort with virtual platforms and technology for teletherapy delivery.
