As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with TinyEYE, you’ll bring meaningful support to school-aged children across California through fully virtual counseling. NOTE: We don't currently have open LCSW opportunities, but we do anticipate them in the near future.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and/or group virtual counseling sessions using our secure, custom-built teletherapy platform.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive environments for students.
Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment goals and progress reports.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications:

Required: Active California LCSW license in good standing.
Experience providing counseling services to children or adolescents (school-based experience preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery.
