About the role
TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor (SC) to join our mission-driven team. In this Trole, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strategies for success. Positions will range from part-time to full-time and will be offered both virtually and on-site.

What you'll do
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions that support academic, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and ethical guidelines
What we're looking for
- Active Missouri certification/licensure as a School Counselor
- Preferred: Experience working with elementary through high school students
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
- Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for service delivery
- Commitment to student success and well-being
