TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bilingual Spanish School Social Worker (SSW) to join our mission-driven team. In this full-time role, you’ll support students from elementary through high school, with an emphasis on serving Spanish-speaking students and families to ensure inclusive, culturally responsive care.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 22
- Grades: Elementary - High School
- Setting: On-site or hybrid in Española
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group social-emotional support for students in both English and Spanish
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
- Conduct needs assessments and care coordination with sensitivity to cultural and linguistic needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico certification/licensure as a School Social Worker
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Preferred: Experience supporting students across elementary to high school
- Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
- Comfort and proficiency using virtual platforms for hybrid service delivery
- Commitment to equitable, culturally responsive student support
